Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • After the 30-day refund period has expired.
  • If the course content has been fully consumed (e.g., you have watched most of the course videos or downloaded materials).
  • If you purchased the course by mistake, changed your mind, or did not meet the prerequisites.
  • If you are requesting a refund for a course you received as part of a bundle, subscription, or promotion with reduced pricing, unless specifically stated otherwise.

  • Select the option to Request a Refund and provide a detailed reason for the request.
  • Our support team will review your request and process it according to our refund policy.

2. Instructor Refund Policy

2.1 Instructor Responsibilities

Instructors are responsible for setting up their own course content and ensuring that it meets the quality and description standards set by Eduduct.com. They must also adhere to the platform’s guidelines for refunds and returns. Instructors may choose to offer additional refund policies for their courses, but those policies must comply with Eduduct.com‘s minimum standards outlined below.

2.2 Instructor Refund Guidelines

  • Refunds for Incomplete or Low-Quality Courses: If a course fails to meet the quality standards or is incomplete (e.g., missing essential course materials, videos, or other resources), students may request a refund. Instructors should resolve issues promptly and cooperate with the Eduduct.com support team.
  • Course Not as Described: If a course does not match its description or is misrepresented, students may be entitled to a refund.

Instructors are expected to work with students to resolve issues and, if necessary, offer refunds directly.

2.3 Instructors’ Refund Policy Statement

If you are an instructor, you must include a clear and specific refund policy on your course page, stating:

  • The refund period (if different from the 30 days provided by Eduduct.com).
  • Conditions under which a refund will be granted (e.g., if the course content is inadequate or the student is dissatisfied with the course experience).

If no instructor-specific refund policy is provided, the default Eduduct.com refund policy will apply.


3. Subscription and Bundles Refund Policy

If you have purchased a course bundle or subscription package that includes multiple courses, the following rules apply:

  • If the bundle or subscription is refunded, the refund will apply to the entire purchase. Partial refunds for individual courses within the bundle will not be allowed.
  • If you have started any of the courses within the bundle or subscription, you may not be eligible for a refund, depending on the amount of content consumed and the timeframe of the refund request.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally non-refundable:

  • Digital Downloads: If you have downloaded any course content, including videos, PDFs, or other materials, you may not be eligible for a refund.

If you used a credit card or other digital payment method, the refund will be credited to the same card or account.
